MICROSOFT LAUNCHED ULTIMATE BUDGET LUMIAS

Microsoft in on the spree of launching the budget smartphones to capture as much market share as they can.


In the end of 2014 Microsoft announced first Lumia with Microsoft branding : The Microsoft Lumia 535.

Everyone saw it as the ultimate budget smartphone with 1GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage and Qualcomm Snapgragon 200 quad core processor and was also priced competetively at Rs. 8,999/-

At this start of the year there were many announcements at the CES but Microsoft didn't announced anything at CES.

Yeaterday Microsoft announced two more Budget friendly Smartphones namely Lumia 532 and Lumia 435.

Both of these smartphones comes as a single sim and Dual sim variant.

The smartphones design looks much like the ASHA series of smartphones with glossy glass and polycarbonate plastic attached together.

Both the Smartphones come with similar specs as 1 GB RAM and 8 GB Internal Storage expandable to128 GB with few minor difference that won't the audience which is targeted by Microsoft.

Microsoft is also targeting the lower segment market where it is all crowded with android phones which don't get upadates quickly.

And with this move it is great to see the service offered by Micorsoft to these lower segment phones.

Microsoft targets the people who are buying their smartphone first time or trying the windows phone ecosystem for the first time.

What makes this devices special is the guaranteed OS updates for the phones with the Windows 10 for Phones landing any time soon this year.
