SONY ANNOUNCED NEW XPERIA M4 AQUA SMARTPHONE


Earlier we gave you the news about Sony launching its new Xperia Z4 tablet at MWC 2015.

Sony has also announced a new smartphone named Xperia M4 Aqua a new Mid range smartphone and also new smart bluetooth speakers.

As the name of the smartphone suggests that it would be waterproof  and can be submerged in to the water.


The smartphone comes with high specs and features including a 5-inch IPS LCD display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit Octa core chipset.

Xperia M4 Aqua comes with 2GB of RAM with 16GB of internal memory and an option to expand storage upto 32GB via microSD card.

The device consists of 13MP rear camera, something very rear on mid range smartphones and front facing camera comes 5MP capable of recording 720p videos.

In terms of connectivity the smartphone comes with Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, Dual Band Wi-Fi and MicorUSB 2.0.

The Xperia M4 Aqua comes as 4G LTE ready smartphone supporting maximum of the bands.



The smartphone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and is backed by 2400mAh non-removable battery.

The smartphones comes with the latest rating of IP65/IP68 making it both dust and water resistant with both splashes and submersion.

With the smartphones Sony also announced it new Smart bluetooth speakers.



These speakers also consists of NFC as a connectivity option, it contains even a mic to have your conference loud and clear.




The Smart in the name of the speakers is for its features that works on the Voice command of the person.
